3. Luncheon Seminars Lunch Box (Pre-booking on Early Registration only)

If you would like to have a lunch box of Luncheon Seminars, it is required for you to book beforehand by checking an applicable box on Registration form. However, please kindly note that the booking is only available for the period of Early Registration, and that no lunch boxes will be available on-site during the Congress.

【Exchange for Lunch Box】
If you are planning to participate on-site and prefer to have a lunch box, please go to General Information Desk, and show your Name Card which you have issued at the venue. Lunch Box ticket for exchange will be printed on your Name Card.

4. VISA Inquiries

【VISA Support】
For those who require VISA to enter Japan, please make your own arrangement for the application as we unfortunately do not provide any support services except for First Speakers.

【Letter of Invitation】
Letter of Invitation can be issued, however, to apply for the letter, please first complete Registration before making any inquiries on the service.

【First Speakers】
First Speakers are required to complete Registration first and contact JTB Corp. (our official travel company) at visa_support@jbx.jtb.jp for the further necessary procedure to obtain VISA.

【For Inquiries】
Receipt and Session No. are necessary to submit when you make an inquiry in order to proceed VISA application.

Please send your inquiry to the applicable email address with your Receipt for your registration and Sesson No.

5. Online Registration Instruction

To register online, please click the Online Registration at the bottom of the page.
After the completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL by E-mail. Please complete the payment through accessing the URL. Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.
If you are Junior Residents, Graduate Students (except M.D.,) Undergraduate Students or International Students, please submit the copy of your student Identification through the below button.

6. Method of Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).

【Payment Deadline】
72 hours after you submit your information
※Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without the payment.

Please be sure to complete the payment by the deadline. If you fail, your registration account will be invalid, and the same email address cannot be used when you re-register. In that case, please re-register with an alternative email address. Should you have a problem concerning registration procedure, please contact Online Registration Support Desk.
After your payment confirmed, the confirmation E-mail will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the E-mail after the registration, please contact to Registration Support Desk (85jsh@reg-convention.com).

Please note that your Registration ID (E-mail address) and Password to log in to the Virtual Session Website, and the service counter.

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Receipt for the registration fee: available to download from the service counter by November 30, 11:59pm (Japan time UTC+9). Service Counter URL is noted in the confirmation E-mail.

7. Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund

  • To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID (E-mail address) and password, then click the Edit Personal Information. Please review the form carefully when you submit, as you cannot make a change on the Category field in the editing page.

NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.

Personal information that is registered will only be utilized appropriately for services related to the Japanese Society of Hematology and the 85th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology by the meeting secretariat, Japan Convention Services, Inc., entrusted with the handling of personal information by the Japanese Society of Hematology.
