3. Online Registration Instruction
To register online, please click the "Online Registration" button at the bottom of the page.
If you are Jnior Residents, Graduate Students (except M.D.,) Undergraduate Students, International Students, please send your scanned student ID or business card by Email to prove your status.
*We do not accept registration by telephone, fax or E-mail.
*System Requirements for online registration system:
Windows users: Internet Explorer 11 or later, Edge, Firefox 34 or later and Chrome latest version
Macintosh users: Mac OS X Safari 9 or later and Firefox 34 or later
4. Payment
We only accept credit card.
Payment will be processed at your completion of registration.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners are accepted.
5. Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund
･To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID and password, then click the "Edit Personal Information" button. Please note that you cannot make a change on the "Category" field in the editing page so please review the form carefully when you submit.
･Students and press cannot edit their profile online. If there is any change, please contact the secretariat by email: jsh2020-reg@congre.co.jp.
NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.
6. Privacy Policy
Personal information you provide will only be used for services related to the Japanese Society of Hematology and the 82nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology, by the meeting secretariat (Congrés Inc.) entrusted with the handling of personal information by the Japanese Society of Hematology.

* We request you, including members, to create new registration account, and obtaining Login ID. This ID is required to login to My Page.
Online Registration Instructions for Members and Non-Members
A) Register Personal Information
1. Click the [Create Your Account] button.
2. Register your information.
3. Click the [Proceed to Payment] button.
*Keep your login ID and password as they will be required for the next login.
*After submitting your information on the registration page, you will proceed to the payment screen. Before go through the payment, be sure that you have selected a correct the participation category field since you cannot make a change on this once you proceed the payment. If you chose wrong category, please do not proceed to the payment screen; click [Edit Account Information] button and return to the page to correct your registration details.
*NOTE: We do not accept cancellation after payment. Registration fee will not be refunded for any reason.
B) Select Participation Categories/Payment
1. Click [proceed to Payment] button.
2. Enter your credit card details, and click [Confirm]
3. Review the confirmation page and click [Submit Register] button.
NOTE: *Participation categories (members, non-members and students) cannot be changed once the payment is proceeded. If you selected wrong category, please do not proceed to the payment screen. Click [Edit My Account] and return to the page to correct your registration details.
*If we are unable to confirm your payment by the designated date, your online registration will be invalid.
*We accept only credit card. (No cash, check or wire transfer)
C) Issuance of receipt
To issue receipt, click [Receipt] button to download the receipt.
