1.Registration Period

Early Registration: Monday, July 25, 2022 - Friday, September 30, 2022 (Japan time UTC+9)
Registration: Saturday, October 1, 2022 - Wednesday, November 30, 2022 (Japan time UTC+9)

2. Registration Fee

※1 If you do not know your membership number, please contact the JSH office by E-mail: member@jshem.or.jp.
If you are applying for membership, please enter 99999 in the membership number field.
※2 If you're interested in becoming JSH International Member, please click here.
※3 Please submit your scanned student ID after you completed the online registration.

3. Online Registration Instruction

To register online, please click the Online Registration at the bottom of the page.
After completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL which is issued based on your choice of registration information by E-mail. If you have not finished your payment, please go to the Payment URL to confirm your payment. Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.
If you are Junior Residents, Graduate Students (except M.D.,) Undergraduate Students, International Students, please submit your scanned student ID after you completed the online registration.
*We do not accept registration by telephone, fax nor E-mail.

4. Method of Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners Club).
Payment Deadline: 72 hours after you submit your information
Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without the payment.
Your registration will be considered invalid if payment is not received before the deadline, and you will be unable to create a new registration using the same e-mail address. 
Please use a different e-mail address if you wish to create a new registration. 
Please contact the support desk if you are unable to register.
After your payment confirmed, the confirmation E-mail will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the E-mail after the registration, please contact to Registration Support Desk (84jsh@reg-convention.com).
You need your Registration ID (E-mail address) and Password to log in to the Virtual Session Website, and the service counter.

Please be sure to make a note of your password.

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Receipt for the registration fee: available to download from the service counter by November 30, 11:59pm (Japan time UTC+9). Service Counter URL is noted in the confirmation E-mail.

5. Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund

• To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID(E-mail address) and password, then click the Edit Personal Information. Please review the form carefully when you submit, as you cannot make a change on the Category field in the editing page.

NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.

Personal information that is registered will only be utilized appropriately for services related to the Japanese Society of Hematology and the 84th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology by the meeting secretariat, Japan Convention Services, Inc., entrusted with the handling of personal information by the Japanese Society of Hematology.
