For participants
1. How the meeting will be held
The 83rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology will be held in a hybrid format（on-site and online）due to the spread of COVID-19 and in light of its corresponding developments and the medical and social situation.
2. How to participate
［Web participation］
- The meeting can be viewed live, as a live recording, or as an on-demand program.
- You can participate from your computer at the location of your choosing if you have a stable internet connection. Ensure that you participate from an environment with a stable internet connection.
＊Google Chrome is also recommended as a browser. - The live broadcast uses the online meeting platform "Zoom". Please install it in advance.
＊Zoom may not work correctly unless your browser is up to date and your operating system is still supported by the manufacturer. - Log in to the web meeting page from the HOME page of the Society website.
- Your online participation registration ID（email address）and password are required to log in.
- If you have questions during the live broadcast, use the Zoom Q&A function to enter your questions. You cannot use a microphone to ask questions.
- Use the web forum to ask questions about the general subjects（posters）.
3. Registering for online participation

Registration during the session: 17:00 September 22（Wed.）to 12:00 October 15（Fri.）, 2021

4. Participation certificate / receipt
［Web participation］
Between 12:00 September 26（Sun.）and 23:59 October 31（Sun.）, log in to the service counter from the Online Registration tab, and download your certificate（a registration confirmation will be downloaded before this date）. ＊Only digital certificates will be issued. Paper certificates cannot be issued or mailed.
5. Corporate seminars
During the Society session, we will hold corporate seminars with corporate partners
（morning seminar, luncheon seminar, evening seminar, industry session）.
6. Pharmaceutical and medical device exhibitions, exhibition rooms, web exhibitions
During the Society session, we will have an exhibition space / room set up at the meeting venue for corporate
partners to hold exhibitions and explain products.
There will also be a web exhibition. Log in to the web meeting page from the HOME page of the Society website, and access Web exhibition.
