1.Registration Period

Early Registration: Monday, July 5, 2021 - Wednesday, September 22, 2021, 00:00pm (JST)
Early Registration has been closed.

On-site Registration: Wednesday, September 22, 2021, 5:00pm (JST)– Friday, October 15,2021, 00:00pm (JST)

2. Registration Fee

*1 If you do not know your membership number, please contact the JSH office by E-mail: member@jshem.or.jp.
If you are applying for membership, please enter 99999 in the membership number field.
*2 If you're interested in becoming JSH International Member, please click here.
*3 Please send your scanned student ID or business card by E-mail (83jsh@reg-convention.com) to prove your status.

3. Online Registration Instruction

To register online, please click the "Online Registration" button at the bottom of the page.
After completion of registration, you will receive the Payment URL which is issued based on your choice of registration information by E-mail. If you have not finished your payment, please go to the Payment URL to confirm your payment.Your registration will not be completed until your payment is confirmed.
If you are Junior Residents, Graduate Students (except M.D.,) Undergraduate Students, International Students, please send your scanned student ID or business card by E-mail to prove your status.
*We do not accept registration by telephone, fax or E-mail.

4. Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made only with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).
Payment Deadline: 72 hours after you submit your information
Your application will be cancelled 72 hours after the submission without the payment.
After your payment confirmed, the confirmation E-mail will be sent to your E-mail address automatically. If you do not receive the E-mail after the registration, please contact to Registration Support Desk (83jsh@reg-convention.com).
You will need your Registration ID (E-mail address) and Password to log in to the Online Meeting Website.

Receipt and Certificate of Attendance

Downloading will be available from the Service Counter between Sunday, September 26, 2021, 00:00pm (JST)- Sunday, October 31, 2021, 11:59pm, 2021 (JST). Service Counter URL is described in the confirmation E-mail.

5. Edit Personal Information/Cancellation /Refund

• To edit your personal details, login to your account with the login ID and password, then click the "Edit Personal Information" button. Please note that you cannot make a change on the "Category" field in the editing page so please review the form carefully when you submit.
• Students and press cannot edit their profile online. If there is any change, please contact to Registration Support Desk (83jsh@reg-convention.com).

NOTE: We do not accept any cancellation after payment for any reason.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal information you provide will only be used for services related to the Japanese Society of Hematology and the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology, by the meeting secretariat (Japan Convention Services, Inc.) entrusted with the handling of personal information by the Japanese Society of Hematology.
