3. Payment Methods
You can pay your early registration fees only by credit card.
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Diners club credit cards are accepted.
For on-site registration, payment by credit card or cash will be available.
4. Cancellation
- Cancellation must be modified to the Registration Secretariat by e-mail.

5. Confirmation of your early registration / Name Badge
＊Upon completing your early registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration ID.
＊Your registration ID is required to login to My Page.
＊Please contact the registration secretariat if you do not receive confirmation email in a few days.
＊The barcode is confirmed on My Page.
＊At the 80th annual meeting, a barcode badge printing system will be available.
＊Please print out a copy or download the barcode to your smartphone and bring it with you to the meeting. You will be able to print your badge with the barcode onsite, at badge-printing system.
＊Please be sure to wear your badge at all times when inside the venue.
＊The receipt for your registration fee will be attached to the badge.
6. Pre-registration for Luncheon Seminar
Tickets for the reserved luncheon seminars wil be issued along with your name badge onsite.
7. SETP Program
Pre-registration for SETP Programs is not available.
8. Privacy policy
Personal information you provide will only be used for services related to the Japanese Society of Hematology and the 80th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology, by the meeting secretariat (Convention Linkage, Inc.) entrusted with the handling of personal information by the Japanese Society of Hematology.
9. Visa documents
To enter Japan, a visa will be required for certain countries. We recommend checking the information on entry formalities with the Japanese Embassy or the Consulate General in your country.
We will issue the necessary documents to those who have completed early registration. Please contact the Registration Secretariat via e-mail, after completing early registration. Following information is required at the first email:
1) Registration ID (mandatory):
2) Abstract Submission ID (if any):
3) Purpose: Participate as a speaker/ a co-author of (main author's name) / a member of co-sponsorship company or an exhibitor of (your company's name) etc.
If you cancel the early registration, the documents will be invalid, and the issued documents should be returned to us immediately. Registration fee will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy after receiving the returned after documents.
Note:
1) A letter of invitation will be issued after registration and payment are confirmed.
2) The letter of invitation for VISA application does not provide any financial support.
3) Participants must bear all expenses related to obtaining a visa.
